As David Medhurst ambled his way through the latter years of college he had his sights set on a career that had been close to his heart from an early age. While his classmates at St Virgil’s College’s Austins Ferry campus were contemplating the next steps in their education process, Medhurst was planning a move that he hoped would open the doors to the world of harness racing.
