Carol Hodes this morning emailed me with a story that I think is interesting and worthy of discussion here.

Here is a story and letter which chronicle a request by local legislators to convene a Blue Ribbon Panel in New Jersey to discuss the future of horse racing there. Very cool idea. I have a few people in mind who regularly post on this site who would make excellent members of that Commission. What do you all think?
