Young trainer,driver Garrett Newton will compete in his first group one race on Friday night when his five year old mare Dymondee competes in the Cordina Chicken Farms Ladyship Mile. The daughter of D M Dilinger has raced through her grades in the past twelve months and graduated into metropolitan company and Newton couldn’t hide his excitement after she was invited to compete in the event.
